1. As per the agreed specification, our technical engineers and sales managers hold meeting to discuss and finalize each detail.

2. Technical engineers make drawings, checked and confirmed by technical director

3. Purchase department outsource materials, motors, parts as per drawings and specifications from technical department. The purchase sources are strictly selected and must be reliable.

4. Parts drawings go to cutting, welding, machining, grinding, drilling strictly according to drawings, each step has responsible manager to check and ensure the production result.

5. Warehouse team trace and check the outsourced things, make sure each purchased thing is good quality and complete.

6. assembly teams assemble each machine as per assembly drawings, monitor manager take over responsibility of checking and confirming each unit quality.

7. Painting workers are tens of years experienced, must polish machine surface very flat and clean, then paint required color very well.

8. All above process is traced and recorded by production management system, any mistake or shortcoming can be easily checked who should be responsible.

9. Our technicians go to customer plant to guide installing and commissioning to solve all problems at site, meanwhile feedback shortcoming to technical department to improve machine.
