Description
Steel coil slitting line is a highly plastic equipment used for cutting and rewinding imported or domestically produced large steel coil materials into narrower and the same length steel coils. Generally speaking, this process consists of automatic feeding, required steel coil cutting, coil holder movement, coiling, and cutting gantry. Customizable according to needs, suitable for cutting and rewinding various coil steel materials, such as cold-rolled carbon steel, stainless steel, color coated steel plate, aluminum plate, etc.
According to different operating procedures, there are three different types of steel coil cutting production lines: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. Among them, semi-automatic and fully automatic equipment are equipped with programmable controllers, which can automatically complete the entire cutting process and monitor various operating parameters in real-time, improving production efficiency and product quality.
Compared with manual cutting equipment, steel coil cutting production lines with higher automation have advantages such as high work efficiency, simple operation, high accuracy, and reliable product quality. Therefore, it is widely used in coil steel cold processing production lines in industries such as steel pipes, buildings, solar energy, electricity, furniture, automobiles, electronics, etc.

Cold Rolled Steel coil is thin sheets after cold rolling, the thickness range usually below 2mm, the minimum thickness can be around 0.2mm, it requires high precision high speed slitting. We often see CR, GI and colored sheets slitting on the same slitting machine. We give various options of configuration slitting lines for customers to choose, which needs customer telling their plan of production, then we calculate the slitting speed, slitting precision and automation. Each slitting line is customized, thus most suitable for customer.
