strip head comes to one coiler, belt wrapper holds the head and wraps it onto coiling mandrel, the steel strip start coiling up on the mandrel, speed up the coiling speed until maximum stable speed, when the coil tail welding seam comes close to the coiler, slow down the mill line, cut off the strip after tail welding seam.
