More thickness reduction than normal rolling mill in each rolling process. For example, a 18 high rolling mill can reduce HR stainless steel strip from 2.0mm down to 0.3mm with no need of interim annealing.
Can give better quality of CR metal plates, better flatness.
Less power consumption for the same production.
In some applications, only multiple high rolling mill can achieve the required performance.
