Hot Rolled HR Carbon Steel Slitting Line Machine (1-6 x 1600)
Carbon steel sheets are most common metal sheet, most of carbon steel sheets are low carbon steel (mild steel), medium and high carbon steel sheets are high quality high tensile steel, hot rolled HR carbon steel coils are thicker range of steel sheets before cold rolling process, thickness is over 2mm, HRC usually for structural application such as steel pipes, racking columns and beams, frames and purlins.
The HRC slitting line is robust to bear the heavy load of oxide skin, is high efficiency to give good production. One Hot rolled sheet slitting line can supply slit strips for two or three ERW pipe mills, four or five roll forming machines.
